Mark is the managing Member of David Pomerantz & Associates, LLC. He is a second generation Accountant /Tax Preparer. He’s prepared taxes for over 40 years; and a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelors of Science in General Business Administration.
He has provided high quality and personalized services to a wide range of Individuals and Companies. He was awarded "Fellow of Accounting for 15 years of continued Education from the Maryland Society of Accountants. He has lectured at Ryan Homes, Fox 5 TV, K Bank & Trust, Georgetown University and Calvary Church of God in Christ on various Tax topics.
He prepares tax returns from basic to the most complex. He has prepared Individual, Corporate and Partnership returns as well as many other types.
Rosemary has primarily been an accountant providing professional and specialized service to small and large clients alike. Rosemary has been involved in every aspect of accounting business set up, monthly compilation reports, financial statement reporting, and payroll services. She also prepares corporate, partnership and personal returns. Rosemary has been with David Pomerantz & Assoc., LLC for over 36 years. She is ready to serve you. Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She has been a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants since 1988.
I have been with David Pomerantz & Associates, LLC for 10 years. Prior to coming to the firm I retired from Mercantile Safe Deposit & Trust after 27 years. I worked in their Trust Tax Services Dept. We were responsible for the preparation of their Trust Tax Returns. We also were responsible for the preparation of the K1’s to income Beneficiaries. We prepared 1099’s for our non-trust clients as well.
I also worked for H&R Block part time during the tax season for 30 years. I started when I was a college student. I prepared mainly Individual returns from basic return to the complex return. I prepared Partnership, S Corp and Corp returns.
I became an Enrolled Agent in June 1989. This allows me to represent clients at an IRS audit.
